Introduction to the situation 

This section should introduce the challenge situation. Example of situations include:

Changing a process or influencing people in the organisation you worked for during your placement Implementing a programme within the organisation  Improving your career prospects through the research placement, consultancy or entrepreneurship module In the first few sentences of the introduction, you should briefly define “leadership” using your own words. Your definition should derive from the literature and be aligned with the situation you are about to analyse. In the second part of the introduction, you should describe the situation in detail.
