Read the following and then provide an advice as to whether each of the prosecutions are likely to be successful. Your analysis should concentrate on an application of the principles of statutory interpretation. You should apply the ILAC method of problem analysis. Read the following extract from the (fictitious) Act and the information about the Act that follows it carefully, and refer to any material you consider relevant in your analysis. (3) Produce a document that is false or misleading in a material particular
