ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION 
For this assignment, you will prepare a business plan report and record a presentation outlining a business plan for the global company you selected in Assignment 1. In your report and presentation, you will focus on outlining strategies on where you will enter, how you will enter, how you will expand, and what aspects of the company need additional management for foreign market adaptation or expansion. You are expected to submit a business plan and record a 10-minute presentation with audio and video along with a pitch deck. A pitch deck is a visual representation of the information you wish to present and is typically in the form of a PowerPoint presentation or similar presentation software. There are many presentation software and tools available for you to complete your pitch deck and record your presentation. Please refer to the learning management system for specific instructions on how to record and submit your presentation. You will record your presentation as a PowerPoint presentation with voice-over and submit as a YouTube video link to Canvas. The presentation should be about 10 minutes in length and equivalent to 1,500 words. A Microsoft Word report and the link of the YouTube video of your presentation must be submitted to complete the task. 

The following elements should be included in your report and presentation.

1. Company Introduction a. Include a brief description of your company, the product(s) or service(s) it provides, a brief summary of your suggested global market engagement. 
2. IBM Self-Assessment a. Conduct an IBM self-assessment. This will help you assess where your company is at (both real or hypothetically) before internationalisation and the benefits and requirements of internationalism. 
3. Internationalism Mission and Goals

a. Outline a vision and broad mission for global market expansion and entry. You may want to check your company’s website since it may have these already defined.

b. Develop some broad goals for your company.
