Provide an analysis into the National Land Code 1965 where you will narrow and delineate THREE specific areas for thorough examination, analysis, and discussion. The three areas can be from any aspect that we have dealt with in the course pertaining to the NLC.

Important notes:

AVOID choosing areas that are merely descriptive i.e straightforward that does not present itself as problematic. Example, do not choose topics only deal with procedural matters. Such topics do not add value to the knowledge.
A good paper probes, encourages deeper understanding (into defects, insufficiency, etc) and provokes.

Your paper must include a research objective and the relevant research questions. These two provide important signpost to your examiner on the direction of your paper. Be reminded that these itself are given 5 marks (see Rubric).
Your paper should include:

An overview principles/theory/concept of the topic;

A report on related studies conducted which shed light on the topic and the implications of these studies;

c.A good paper will also demonstrate critical assessment of the area and suggest new extensions or applications of this information.

d.The Term Paper will be evaluated using the following criteria. A complete guide to the grading is based on the rubric provided.

– Relevance of application
– Ability to present the paper in a coherent manner
– Originality of the assignment
