Part I:

• Identify the company’s current corporate strategy
• Conduct an extensive external environmental scan of the conditions the company is doing business in using a tool such as PESTEL

• Implementation of the HR policies: What is/are the best approach(s) to roll out the new policies? How will you ensure proper application of new policies by staff? Identify and present your plan to address the above concerns.
