Assessment task introduction
The project includes two main sections: Procedure and Specifications. You are required to understand the difference between these sections:  
• Procedure – this section describes all the requirements that are needed to be submitted step by step. You DO NOT need to answer in this part.
• Specifications – this section specifies what the student MUST include as part of the project. You are required to insert an object (a document) under each of the requirements. To be deemed ‘Satisfactory’ for this project, all the requirements under the Specifications need to be submitted and completed in accordance with Skills Australia Institute’s ‘Student Handbook’ (under ‘Training and Assessment’ section).

Procedure
Develop the learning strategy

Using the feedback that you received at the meeting as well as the information you researched and evaluated for your report, create a Learning and Development Strategy for ONE of the departments of Inside Track.

The organisation has sourced the template below that they would like you to use to ensure consistency across the organisation. 
Complete the template using the following guidelines
a)    Identify the department you have selected.
b)    Document the purpose of the program. Clearly identify what the objectives are of the program and how they are aligned to the HR and Organisational Strategy.
c)    Identify the target audience.
d)    What are the key drivers behind the development of the program?
e)    Addressing the learning, development and assessment needs to ensure flexibility.
i.     Identify the specific training and assessment required for the program: 
ii.    Identify the learning method you have selected for the program
iii.   What are the specific components of the learning method you selected
iv.   Include notes on your selected method (i.e. Why and when is the method the most effective)
v.    How will the learners completing the program be assessed?
f)    Make recommendations on how the assessments must be conducted to ensure the processes are compliant according to the organisational requirements. 
g)   How will the learning be evaluated to measure the impact of the learning on the organisation?
h)   Research and source three providers of learning resources or assessment tools that could be used for the training in the identified department. You must: 
i.    Identify the provider (include a link to the website)
ii.   Identify the resource you have considered (course name)
iii.  Indicate the cost of the resources
iv.  Provide a sample of the content (this may be a physical sample document or information provided on the website)
