Choose an organization operating in any part of the globe, which is into the business either manufacturing / services.   
The organization that you choose should either manufacture or market or distribute some products / services.   The competition in these businesses majorly depends upon customer excellence, price, quality, timely delivery, speed, response. 

Note :  In case your chosen organization is operating in many countries and deals with many products, it is enough you consider the operations in any one country and indicate some materials / some services that are part of the business.

The presentation should contain the following.

2. Introduction to the chosen organization, it’s history and foundations of quality movement.

Presentation should be 
1. Individual   
2. Power point slides has to be presented in the class.    
3. Students can use images, pictures, graphs, tables, videos, audios as part of their presentation. 
4. Number of slides : 15 – 18 slides maximum (Excluding the introduction and referencing slides).    A slide or two + or – is acceptable.   
5. Referencing is a must.  Students must make use of Harvard referencing system. Failure to include the referencing will entail deduction of 5 marks from the total.  
6. Total marks for the activity – 30.
7. Break up of Marks for presentation –

• Knowledge and answering the queries 

8. Time for each Student – 20 minutes.  5 minutes for queries(Total of 25 minutes).
9. Presentation will commence by 12th Week (and continue till the 14th week – of the semester) 
10. No excuses other than genuine reasons will be entertained.   Please plan your official work / personal commitments well in advance.   Let that not be a point for excusing yourself from the presentation.   
11. The content can be sent to the faculty a week before the student could present their assignment for checking and suggestions.
