Coopers brewery limited is a fully Australian owned brewing company founded by Thomas Cooper in 1862 and based out of Regency Park Adelaide. Coopers is sold in all large alcohol stores nationwide. As in any Product There are many steps in the coopers supply chain to get the product from farm to bottle, including the main ingredients in beer being barley, hops and yeast. 4. For an establishment at the manufacturing or processing stage of your supply chain, identify a 15- month optimal Aggregate Plan, and interpret your result. Identify possible improvements to the aggregate plan based on scenario analysis. Is there a clear best Aggregate Planning Strategy? Explain your conclusions. 

5. Identify and explain the actions taken on supply chain co-ordination in this supply chain. Drawing on the results from Qs 2-4 above, identify the actor taking these actions and which supply chain performance metrics will be affected. For THREE such metrics, suggest methods of estimating them and provide an opinion on what levels might be reached. Comment on the extent to which governance contributes to, or subtracts from, good co-ordination. Provide evidence for your answers, particularly from Qs 2-4 above.

6. Identify key information flows in the supply chain, and the assets and procedures in place which contribute to data visibility, data integrity and data inter-operability. Explain how these contribute to the supply chain performance as addressed in Q 5’s metrics.
