You must provide prior completed risk assessments, hazard management reports, a WHS manual for your chosen business and any other general checklists and register.

During the above, you must:

• establish, implement and evaluate effective and compliant consultative arrangements for managing WHS, including:
• identifying duty holders
• identifying and approving required resources
• establish, implement, maintain and evaluate procedures for effectively identifying hazards, and assessing and controlling risks using the hierarchy of control measures.
