Question 3: Budget vs Actual Analysis
Using the Budget vs Actual Analysis Reports you have created, comment on the following variances. In your comment you must go over the results and state any causes. Remember to use causes that will apply to the business.

• Gross Profit
• Pick minimum of TWO Expenses to analyse with Highest Dollar Change
• Expense with Highest Percentage Change
