addressing a clinical governance, corporate governance or risk management issue or question. Please use a structured Report format and provide clear recommendations for senior managers within your organisation to consider and approve for implementation. 3. Your question or issue should preferably be the one that you identified in Assignment LI and then refined in Assignment L5 an that you are able to spend maximum time researching and developing the issue throughout the semester including considering feedback from your peers.

4. Your report should include background to your issue/question and how it relates to the governance and risk management literature presented in this Unit. You should support all your claims with appropriate academic and industry references utilising Harvard (UTAS) Reference Style.

5. Your report should provide a summary of your research and analysis methodology including any tools, interviews, surveys, or other identification methods that you have utilised to further analyse the issue within your workplace together with a critical analysis of the results. You should generate your recommendations with reference to your background information and results arguing the requirement for any governance and/or risk management changes within your workplace to improve quality and safety of service provision.

6. Your report should also include a summary of how you would propose to implement the required changes clearly addressing the likely leadership/management challenges involved in the required changes.

7. Finally, your report should include your reflections about what you have learned about govemance and/or risk management and the implications of this for your service improvement proposal.

8. Appendices with additional information on surveys, assessments and implementation plans can be included as part of the assignment and not included within the Word Count.
